一 | (ECNS) -- Shanghai is accelerating its digital transformation under a new blueprint for the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030), with a focus on breakthroughs in 6G technology and next-generation digital infrastructure. The city plans to advance the commercial deployment of 6G and develop intelligent experimental networks. It will also expand 5G-A coverage across a wide range of scenarios and strengthen links with the "Thousand Sails Constellation" satellite internet project. Beyond communications infrastructure, Shanghai aims to develop into a leading international data processing hub. The city plans to build advanced data centers in key areas including Lingang and Hongqiao, while facilitating cross-border data flows through a more practical negative-list system. The measures are intended to make international data exchanges more secure and efficient for multinational companies and other global businesses. The plan also places greater emphasis on high-performance computing, including the integration of AI computing and supercomputing resources into a unified service platform. At the same time, Shanghai will deepen digital cooperation with Singapore and BRICS countries, further strengthening its role as a gateway connecting China with the global digital economy. 三 | 8月22日，游客张女士称，该男子是景区渡口工作人员，松鼠从台阶跑来时被其一脚踩住，自己出言制止后工作人员仍补了几脚，并称松鼠是“害虫”。张女士认为这一行为“挺残忍”，即便松鼠确需处理，也应由专业人员进行，且在大佛脚下杀生影响不好。
四 | 乐山大佛景区工作人员回应称，并未听说松鼠是“害虫”这一说法，将向相关部门反映核实。公开资料显示，乐山大佛景区内松鼠多为赤腹松鼠，属于国家“三有”保护动物。在乐山大佛景区公众号推文中，赤腹松鼠的身影也多次出现。
