B | 质量方面，活动室修缮合格率达97.81%，活动器材使用合格率达97%，投入使用率达100%。三方满意度也持续保持高位——学生满意度92.91%、教师满意度93.11%、家长满意度92.56%，均远高于85%的设定目标值。　　立足当下成效，回望14年历程，中央专项彩票公益金支持乡村学校少年宫项目经历了清晰的发展脉络。2011年9月，中央文明办、财政部、教育部在山东淄博共同举办项目全国启动仪式。

C | “十二五”期间，中央安排彩票公益金24.5亿元，在全国范围内建设8000所乡村学校少年宫，每年建设约1600所，至2015年实现东、中、西部地区分别覆盖15%、20%和30%乡镇的目标，迅速填补了广大乡村地区课外活动场所的空白。　　进入“十三五”，项目重心从“大规模建设”转向“建管并重”，在持续扩大覆盖面的同时加强运转保障。到“十四五”时期，项目全面转型为以运转补助为主，中央专项彩票公益金稳定在每年1.47亿至1.48亿元区间，为脱贫县已建成的乡村学校少年宫提供每年每所约1.5万元的运转补助。据统计，2021年至2024年，中央专项彩票公益金在该项目上累计投入7.27亿元。
